  ADMISSION

SPROUTS admits students on a first come, first serve basis due to limited space.  A completed Admission Packet must include all of the following items to ensure your child’s placement in our preschool:

  • Registration Fee:  A registration fee of $110.00 is due at the time the application is submitted and is non-refundable. A T-shirt is included.
  • Supply Fee:  The supply fee of $65.00 is due at the time the application is submitted and is refundable only if  requested by July 1.
  • Designated Contacts and Pick-Ups (page 1).
  • Permission for photo, field trips, and water activities (page 2).
  • Emergency Medical Authorization (page 2).
  • Health Records:  Students entering our school must submit a current Health Requirements form (page 3), and an updated immunization record .  No student will be allowed to enter school without the proper health  records on file.

PAYMENT OF TUITION AND FEES

  • Registration Fee: $110.00 due with application and is non-refundable. A T-shirt is included.

  • Supply Fee: $65.00 due with application

  • Tuition: For 2012-2013 $175.00.

    Tuition: For 2011-2012 (2 Days) $165.00, (3 Days) $250. Monthly tuition payments begin September 2nd and are paid in nine equal monthly installments at the beginning of each month through May 2nd.
